The transfer of data to superordinate systems
Alco is one of the leading producers of machines for convenience and fast foods in the German market. For more than 20 years it has been constructing machines and distributing them worldwide. The alco-mixers represent a considerable part of their machine range, which are configured in many different models and sizes for every special area of application. According to the wishes of the customers, the alco-mixers are equipped with the options of temperature registration, weight cells, steam sprayers and regulated temperature control.

Project description
The equipment of alco-mixers has been technologically updated by the deployment of controls type S7-300 by Siemens. The SPC-programmes conceived by us are structured in such a way as to be used flexibly for different kinds of mixers.
The whole formula administration has been implemented within the controls. The data can be supplemented, modified and backed up with a connected PC as well as the operating terminal OP17. In addition, data relating to products and versions can be transferred to a PC. Depending on the wishes of the customer, an excel-application or a WinCC application (with the option user archive) can be installed on the PC. The exchange of the data with an inventory control programme is also possible as a matter of course.
